What weight and dimensions should I enter?

You should always measure twice and enter precise weight and dimensions for your package goods. Packages should be weighed once the packaging process is complete or by combining the packaging weight and the product weight together.

When using Stallion Express, we will automatically offer carriers that are best suited for weight and dimensions, but please make sure you are inputting accurate information in order to avoid later postage adjustments, which you would be billed for.

Weight and dimensions should always be entered appropriately.
