How can I get my US Returns?

Once your package arrives at one of our US return facilities, you can request it to be returned to Canada directly from your Stallion account.

To do this, just head to the Returns tab. 
 
Before requesting a return to Canada, please make sure you have completed the following:

• Submit a signed POA/Returns Agreement Form with your importer number.
• Complete your CARM registration and link it to your Stallion account.
• Create your declaration and submit your return request for import.
