• For UPS Ground packages, the maximum actual weight is 50 pounds. Packages exceeding this weight will not be accepted for transportation. 

Size Limitations

• The maximum size for a UPS Ground package is 70 inches (L+W+H).
• Packages exceeding these dimensions may incur additional handling charges or be refused for transport.

Additional Handling

A surcharge applies for packages that require special handling. This includes:

• Packages with an actual weight greater than 50 pounds.
• Packages where length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] exceeds 105 inches.
• Length exceeds 48 inches or width exceeds 30 inches.
• Items not packaged in standard corrugated boxes or those with irregular packaging like metal, wood, or plastic.
• Cylindrical items such as barrels or drums.

Large Package Surcharge

• A package is classified as "Large" when its length plus girth exceeds 130 inches, or its length exceeds 96 inches.
